CNC Setter / OperatorWhitstable Permanent Competitive Salary + Shift Premium + BenefitsWe''re looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality precision components using CNC multi-tasking lathes.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and operate CNC lathes for small to medium batch production.Read and interpret engineering drawings.Inspect components using measuring equipment.Edit Fanuc-based programs.Carry out machine maintenance checks.Complete quality and traceability documentation.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.About YouExperience setting and operating CNC lathes.Knowledge of 4-axis CNC machines and Fanuc controls.Able to read engineering drawings and use inspection equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Team player with a positive and flexible approach.DesirableTwin spindle machine experience.Knowledge of AS9100 standards.Aerospace or precision engineering experience.Shift PatternWeek 1Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pmWeek 2Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm to 10:30pmFriday, 2:00pm to 7:30pmMy client is looking to offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
