This is a hands on role suited to an experienced CNC setter operator with a background in sliding head or Swiss type CNC machines, producing high precision components. The role offers stable day shift hours and the opportunity to work within a well organised and supportive CNC environment. Key Responsibilities: Set and operate sliding head CNC machines Make tooling and offset adjustments to maintain component quality Produce components to engineering drawings and tight tolerances Carry out first off inspections and in process quality checks Monitor machine performance and address minor issues Work to production schedules and output targets Maintain a clean and safe working area Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Work closely with supervisors and production team Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a CNC Setter Operator Experience with sliding head CNC machines Ability to read a...
