The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, programming and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components within tight tolerances. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills who can work effectively within a fast-paced jewellery manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and routers. Adjust offsets and tool lengths manually or using software. Load and verify CNC programs (G-code) before operation. Modify or create simple CNC programs (training provided). Select and load appropriate tools and materials. Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required. Carry out quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ensure components meet required tolerances and finish standards. Perform first-off and in-process inspection checks. Identify and resolve machine or programming issues. Work with consultants to improve machine performance and reduce metal losses.
