CNC Setter / Operator / ProgrammerLocation: DudleyShift Patterns:Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:15Friday: 08:00 - 15:30Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting, operating and programming CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining safety, quality and production targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate and programme CNC lathes, including twin spindle and bar-fed machines.Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Carry out tooling changes, offsets and machine adjustments.Inspect components using micrometers, Verniers, gauges and other measuring equipment.Complete quality checks and maintain production records.Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement activities.Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements.Adhere to all health, safety and quality procedures.
