Shift Patterns:

Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:15

Friday: 08:00 - 15:30

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting, operating and programming CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining safety, quality and production targets.

• Set up, operate and programme CNC lathes, including twin spindle and bar-fed machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Carry out tooling changes, offsets and machine adjustments.
• Inspect components using micrometers, Verniers, gauges and other measuring equipment.
• Complete quality checks and maintain production records.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements.
• Adhere to all health, safety and quality procedures.
