About the Role
Pertemps Walsall Industrial is recruiting a CNC Setter Operator on behalf of a client based in Aldridge. This full-time role offers £15.00–£16.00 per hour, with benefits including secure parking, a pension, and 28 days’ holiday that increases. The position is temporary to permanent with an immediate start. The successful candidate will set and operate CNC machines, manufacture components, and monitor production through routine checks. Duties include performing quality checks using various tools, adjusting tool offsets and feeds, editing programmes, and reading engineering drawings. Experience with Fanuc controls is required. Maintaining a tidy workspace and following health and safety policies are essential responsibilities.

Duties for a CNC Setter Operator:
Set and Operate CNC machine
Perform daily checks
