This role is ideal for a skilled CNC machinist with extensive experience programming, setting, and operating 3-axis and 4-axis vertical machining centres using Heidenhain control systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-precision components to exacting quality standards, including machining challenging and exotic materials such as Inconel, Nitronic, stainless steels, and other high-performance alloys. Key Responsibilities Program new CNC milling jobs directly at the machine using Heidenhain controls. Set and operate CNC vertical milling machines. Load, prove out, edit, and optimise CNC programs.
