      <description>Location: Witham | Salary: 14.00-14.00 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Job description: Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator on behalf of our client based in Braintree on a Temp to Perm basis. Roles and Responsibilities  Operate CNC machinery to manufacture components to specification. Set up, load and operate CNC machines for production runs. Read and interpret engineering drawings and production instructions. Measure and inspect finished components using a range of measuring equipment. Make basic machine adjustments to ensure product quality and accuracy. Carry out routine machine maintenance and report any faults or issues. Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved. Maintain accurate production records where required. Keep the work area clean, organised and compliant with Health and Safety regulations. Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure production deadlines are met.  Additional Responsibilities  Assist with other manufacturing or workshop duties when required. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
