Cnc Setter Operator

Responsibilities

• Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce components according to specifications and drawings.
• Set up and adjust tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for optimal machining performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret CAD designs and implement necessary modifications.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Skills & Experience:

• 2 years+ previous experience Programming, Setting and Operating
• Ideally experienced with Lathe Machines
• Background producing CNC machined components to a high standards

• Monday to Thursday core hours 8-30 to 15:15 (factory open 6:30 to 17:30 for flexible working)
