This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled engineering team working on precision, small-batch components.The RoleAs a CNC Setter Operator (Milling), you will be responsible for programming, setting, and manufacturing high-precision components to tight tolerances from engineering drawings. You will work within a busy Machine Shop environment, reporting directly to a supervisor.Working Hours 39 Hours per Week Mon Thurs: 8:00am 5:00pm (30 mins lunch)Friday: 8:00am 1:00pm (no lunch break) Great work-life balance with an early finish every Friday!Key Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture small-batch components from engineering drawingsManufacturing all components within agreed timescales and to the highest quality standardsUsing a wide range of measuring and inspection equipment to verify components post-manufactureMentoring new staff members when requiredMaintaining accurate manufacturing paperwork and documentationEnsuring products are correctly protected and labelled for transitUpholding high standards of housekeeping and Health and Safety at all timesSupporting the wider team with additional tasks as required What We''re Looking For Essential: Extensive CNC milling experience, including setting up CNC ..... full job details .....
