CNC Setter Operator Location: Tewkesbury Hours: Permanent Day Shift or Permanent Twilight Shift Salary: Negotiable DOE CNC Setter Operator We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter Operator to join an established precision engineering and advanced manufacturing business based in Tewkesbury. The company specialises in the manufacture of high-precision components and assemblies for demanding industrial applications, working to tight tolerances and exacting quality standards. As a CNC Setter Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating multi-axis CNC machinery, producing high-quality precision components from engineering drawings. The role would suit an experienced machinist who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a specialist manufacturing environment. There are permanent opportunities available on both day and twilight shifts. Key Responsibilities of a CNC Setter Operator Set, operate and run multi-axis CNC machines using Mazatrol Smooth and Fanuc control systems. Manufacture high-precision components to supplied engineering drawings, ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and tolerances. Read and interpret engineering drawings, geometrical tolerances, surface finishes and relevant engineering standards.
