A leading global engineering manufacturer based in North Somerset are seeking a number of CNC Operators to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established, high-performance manufacturing environment supporting the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and support manufacturing processes to meet production requirements

• Work to stringent aerospace quality standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing practices

• Maintain and promote Health & Safety procedures at all times

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Hands-on experience with machine operations such as milling, turning, or CNC

• Strong understanding of tolerances, torque, and measurements

• Proven ability to work to local quality standards and standardised work procedures

• Good numeracy and literacy skills

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Material Flow)

• Awareness of Health & Safety practices

• Reliable, methodical, and safety-conscious work ethic
