Alternating Shifts: Early 6am-2pm,Late 2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proactively identify hazards

• Escalate production issues and follow work instructions accurately

• Participate in daily Tier 1 meetings to support SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) initiatives

• Record production data and update MRP systems efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Share technical knowledge and support team training and development

• Uphold quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in CNC machine setting (milling and turning)

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)

• Familiar with Siemens, Fanuc, and Mazatrol CNC controls

• Knowledge of modern cutting tools and offline/online programming

• Understanding of 5S workplace organisation principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
