Working as part of a busy production team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Role Set and operate manufacturing machinery across various production cells Change tooling, jigs, and fixtures in line with production requirements Carry out first-off inspections and quality checks Load and unload components from machinery Monitor machine performance and production output Identify and report machine faults, breakdowns, and abnormalities Ensure products meet quality and engineering specifications Complete production documentation accurately and on time Maintain excellent housekeeping standards Adhere to all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures About You Previous experience as a Machine Setter, CNC Setter, Production Setter, or Machine Operator with setting experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Experience working ..... full job details .....
