You will mainly be programming, setting and operating Matsuura 5 Axis Machines. You will be working on MX330 and MX 420 Matsuura machines. Suitable candidates will have a good knowledge of materials and machining techniques and will be working with an experienced team who take pride in their machined product. RESPONSIBILITIESThe role requires programming, setting and machining parts to a high standard.Ensuring reliable, efficient processes are planned in advance of manufacture of new parts for New Product Introduction.Required to work on a variety of different metal components and different metals including aluminium, stainless steel and brass.The Miller will work on several machines including Mazak mill/turn twin spindle/twin turret lathe.Candidates will be required to ensure that all production targets are met.
