They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.You will be involved in:CNC setter and operators for either Turning or Milling machinesResponsible for accurately setting up and operating multi-axis CNC milling and turning machines in a high-volume, precision shopProficiency with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls, and the ability to translate detailed engineering drawings into flawless component partsCollaborate with engineering and Quality teams to continually improve processes and ensure the highest quality standardsYour skillset may include:Select and mount cutting tools, fixtures, and measuring tools according to approved specificationsConfigure machine parameters (feeds, speeds, tool offsets, coolant, etc.)Perform "prove-out" runs and adjust setups to achieve target tolerancesProficient in Fanuc and Heidenhain control languages and post-processingMeasure finished parts with precision instruments and verify compliance with engineering drawingsWork with ..... full job details .....
