CNC Setter

Job Title: CNC ProgrammerLocation: SouthendRemuneration: 38,000 p/aHours: Monday to Thursday - 37 hours per weekContract Details: PermanentResponsibilities:Program, set, and operate CNC Milling Machines, including Bridgeport and Haas models.Work with materials like aluminium and stainless steel.Coordinate programming and setting activities with existing team members.Conduct inspections to ensure quality.Reduce scrap and report efficiencies to the Production Manager.Maintain machine efficiency to meet On Time Deliveries and KPIs.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a clean working environment.Core Skills/Attributes Needed:Proficient in programming, setting, and running CNC mills.Ability to set using Fanuc controls on a 3 and 4 axis millAbility to interpret engineering drawings.Excellent measurement skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong team player with effective communication skills.Join our client''s dynamic team and play a vital role in aerospace engineering!
