Job Title: CNC Router ProgrammerLocation: HinckleySalary: Up to 19.00 per hour, depending on experienceShift: DaysBenefitsPermanent position with an established and growing business.Modern, well-equipped workshop.Opportunity to work on high-end, bespoke projects.Training and development opportunities, including Inventor training.The CompanyWe are looking for an experienced CNC Router Programmer to join a well-established business specialising in high-end joinery and interior fit-outs.The RoleThe role will involve programming and operating CNC routers to produce high-quality, bespoke components. You will need good knowledge of CAD and Alphacam, with the ability to read technical drawings and work accurately to specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme, set and operate CNC routers.Use CAD and Alphacam to create and edit programmes.Read and interpret technical drawings.Work with materials including MDF, plywood and solid wood.Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop.Work closely with the wider production team to meet deadlines.About YouPrevious experience in CNC programming and router operation.Good knowledge of CAD and Alphacam.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.Good understanding of Health and Safety.Inventor experience is desirable but not essential.
