CNC Programmer / Manufacturing EngineerSalary - upto £40,000GloucestershireThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer to join a precision engineering environment supporting the manufacture of complex machined components across a variety of industries.This position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects, supporting both new and existing products from concept through to production.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimise CNC machining programs using CAM software.Support manufacturing and engineering activities for new and existing products.Produce machining solutions for complex, precision-engineered components.Review technical drawings and specifications to determine manufacturing requirements.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards.Essential ExperienceAt least 3 years'' experience in CNC programming using CAM software.Experience with one or more industry-standard CAM packages.Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and manufacturing processes.Experience producing programs for complex precision components.Ability to interpret technical engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing requirements.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Competent IT and systems skills.Desirable ..... full job details .....
