Title: CNC Programmer/Operator 
Location: Hyde, Greater Manchester 
Salary: up to £19.50 per hour
Shift: Mon-Thur 07:30 - 16:30 | Fri 07:30 - 13:30 

About our Client

Our client is a friendly, family-run precision engineering team in Hyde. They are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to work on sliding head CNC machines (Star with Fanuc control) and Doosan fixed head turning machines.

Job Summary

-Set, operate, and programme CNC lathes
-Work from drawings to produce high-quality components in metals and plastics
-Carry out in-process inspections to ensure accuracy

Essential Requirements

-Experience with sliding head CNC lathes (Star preferred) and Fanuc controls
-Knowledge of fixed head turning (Doosan experience is a plus)
-Ability to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
