This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC machinist with experience in programming, setting and operating CNC lathes to join a manufacturing team producing high-quality precision components. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Fanuc control systems and be confident programming directly at the machine, setting tooling and workholding, and ensuring components are manufactured accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements. Key Responsibilities Programme, set and operate 2-axis CNC lathes using Fanuc control systems. Create, edit and optimise CNC programmes at the machine using G-code and M-code. Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models and production documentation. Set up machines, including tooling, fixtures, workholding, tool offsets and datum positions.
