This is a hands-on role focused on new product introduction, process optimisation, and the generation of CNC programmes for 3, 4 and 5-axis machine tools. CNC Programmer - Key Responsibilities Create and prove CNC programmes using CAD/CAM software. Develop manufacturing processes, tooling strategies, and production routings. Produce setup sheets, tooling plans, and process documentation. Support new product introduction and process validation activities. Work closely with Quality and Production teams to ensure robust process control. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, cost reduction projects, and productivity improvements.
