      <description>Location: Galway | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | CNC Mill-Turn Programmer  Location: Galway, Ireland Salary: €50-55k Hours: Monday to Friday | Day Shift Start Date: ASAP  The Opportunity  Syntech Recruitment are working with a precision engineering manufacturer in Galway seeking an experienced CNC Mill/Turn Programmer to join their machining team. This is a hands-on role focused on the programming, setting and operation of advanced CNC mill/turn machinery producing complex, high-precision components for demanding engineering sectors.  The successful candidate will play a key role in determining efficient manufacturing methods, supporting shop floor machining operations, improving cycle times and reducing production costs, while maintaining exceptional quality standards.  Experience with Starrag machines would be advantageous, however the client is open to candidates with strong experience across any CNC mill/turn platforms and controls.
