CNC Programmer Location: Based near Woking (commutable from Woking, Guildford, Farnborough, Bracknell) Salary: £45,000 £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits Hours: Monday Friday, 07 00 (flexible start/finish) Syntech Recruitment are supporting a well-established, technology-led manufacturing business that s looking to bring in a CNC Programmer to strengthen their machine shop team. This is a hands-on, technically challenging role where you ll be programming complex parts across 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machines, working closely with production and quality teams to deliver right-first-time manufacturing on tight tolerances and demanding timelines.
