      <description>Location: Guildford | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | CNC Programmer    Location:  Based near Woking (commutable from Woking, Guildford, Farnborough, Bracknell)  Salary:  £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits   Hours:  Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 (flexible start/finish)  Syntech Recruitment are supporting a well-established, technology-led manufacturing business that’s looking to bring in a CNC Programmer to strengthen their machine shop team.  This is a hands-on, technically challenging role where you’ll be programming complex parts across 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machines, working closely with production and quality teams to deliver right-first-time manufacturing on tight tolerances and demanding timelines.
