CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol) Due to an increase in orders our client is looking to recruit a skilled 3 Axis CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator on a fixed term contract for 3 months. The candidate will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that components are produced to the highest standards of quality and precision. The ideal candidate will have experince producgin simple programmes/ editing programmes on CNC Millers using Mazatrol controls. CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol) Program/ Editing using Mazatrol controls Setup and operate the Milling Machine efficiently Monitor Milling machines and oversee work in progress. Ensure manufacturing activities adhere to agreed quality standards and documentation. Conduct in-process quality assurance checks, including first-off inspection. Report any operational or maintenance issues to the team leader. Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve best results. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area. CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol) Proficiency in setting and running Milling Machine. Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately. Familiarity with CNC programs (ISO or Mazatrol) Competence in operating inspection and measuring equipment.
