To be successful in the role, you must demonstrate end to end manufacturing capability, from CAD/CAM design to programming (on-line and off-line) and manufacture of a wide range of bespoke precision components. Knowledge of Heidenhain and Mazak milling controllers is essential, and Fanuc turning controller a distinct advantage.In addition, you should be able to design, make and prove out fixtures and jigs, to efficiently produce high quality components to customer specification.You are expected to undertake all activities with due regard for the health and safety for yourself and others and perform to agreed standards in respect of quality, customer service and value creation.
