Our client is looking for a CNC Milling Programmer to join their highly professional, well-structured shop floor in Abingdon.   The Role  As CNC Programmer you will be involved in programming, setting, and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis machines. You will be working on a variety of projects, including large-scale parts up to 2.5m, requiring a “right first time” approach to high-precision engineering.   Core Responsibilities   	  Programming &amp; Setting:  Full responsibility for programming, setting, and operating CNC Mills (Heidenhain) to optimum safe methods. 	  Technical Interpretation:  Read and interpret engineering drawings to manufacture parts to tight tolerances. 	  Documentation : Create detailed layout sheets for tooling, setups, and machine parameters to ensure repeatable quality. 	  Quality Control:  Self-qualify and document your own work using a variety of measuring equipment (MTE).
