Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality precision components for demanding industries.The RoleAs a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimising CNC programmes for a range of complex precision-machined components.You will work closely with CNC Setters, Operators, Engineers, and Production Leaders to ensure components are manufactured efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards while supporting productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, develop, and maintain CNC programmes for milling and turning applications.Generate programmes for complex precision components from a variety of materials.Optimise cycle times, tooling strategies, and machining methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Interpret engineering drawings, GDandT requirements, and customer specifications.Select and specify cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding solutions.Provide technical support to CNC Setters and Operators during production.Troubleshoot ..... full job details .....
