CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator - JoineryBasildon, Essex 46,000 per annum ( 21 per hour DOE)Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmPrime Appointments are working with a leading commercial fit-out and bespoke joinery manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their growing production team.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Machinist, CNC Woodworking Programmer, CNC Operator, Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker with experience using Homag machinery and CAD/CAM software within a bespoke joinery or furniture manufacturing environment.The RoleYou will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC woodworking machinery to manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery components for commercial fit-out, furniture and specialist interior projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme, set and operate Homag CNC woodworking machineryManufacture bespoke joinery components to precise specifications and tight tolerancesInterpret technical drawings, cutting lists and production documentationProduce components for cabinets, fitted furniture, commercial interiors and bespoke joinery projectsWork with hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, veneered boards, laminates and sheet materialsCarry out quality inspections to ensure components meet customer and production requirementsPrepare and collate completed parts for assembly and dispatchIdentify and report machining, design or production issuesEnsure materials are handled, stored and protected ..... full job details .....
