CNC Programmer / CNC Miller / Setter OperatorLocation: HalesowenSalary: 15 - 20 per hour DOEHours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pmCNC PROGRAMMER / MILLER / SETTER OPERATORAn excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Miller / Setter Operator to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Halesowen.We are looking for someone with solid CNC milling experience who is confident programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CNC machinist looking for their next opportunity, Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm, with an hourly rate of 15- 20 depending on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming, setting and operating CNC milling machinesWorking with Fanuc CNC controlsProducing precision-engineered components to drawing and specificationReading and interpreting engineering drawingsSetting tooling, workholding, offsets and machine parametersSelecting appropriate cutting tools and machining techniquesEditing and adjusting CNC programmes where requiredSetting machines for both repeat and varied production workCarrying out first-off and in-process inspectionsUsing micrometers, verniers, gauges and other precision measuring equipmentWorking to tight tolerances and maintaining high quality standardsIdentifying and resolving basic machining issuesMaintaining a safe, clean and organised work areaThe Ideal CandidateThe successful CNC Programmer / Miller ..... full job details .....
