CNC Programmer (Offline Programming / CAD CAM)Location: DevizesSalary: £38-45K DOE plus benefitsJob Type: Full-time permanentOur client, a well-established and growing precision engineering manufacturer, is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist with strong CAD CAM / offline programming experience to work in a technically varied environment supporting new product introduction (NPI), process improvement, and complex component manufacture.The RoleAs a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, developing and optimising CNC programs for a range of precision components, working across multiple machining platforms.You will play a key role in programming, process development, and production support, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve machining efficiency and product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and optimise offline CNC programs (CAD CAM programming)Program and support a range of machines includingSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) and prove-out of new componentsImprove cycle times, tooling strategies and machining methodsTroubleshoot and resolve production and machining issuesMaintain and update CNC programs in line with engineering changesSupport inspection processes including CMM and optical measurementWork closely with production teams to ensure quality, efficiency and on-time deliverySkills and Experience ..... full job details .....
