CNC Programmer – Milling (Permanent Night Shift)

• £35,000 – £40,000 salary + bonus
• Permanent night shift: 8pm – 4am (we can adjust hours for the right person)

We’re looking for a self-starting, motivated and positive CNC Programmer who’s confident running milling machines independently on the night shift.

What you’ll do as a CNC Programmer 

• Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines
• Work on low-complexity, small-batch components
• Maintain high quality standards and meet tight deadlines
• Take full ownership of your workload through the night shift

What we’re looking for 

• Proven CNC programming experience (milling)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A proactive, problem-solving approach
• Flexibility and a can-do attitude
