CNC Programmer – Hypermill / 5 Axis

Mazco Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Hypermill experience to join a growing and modern precision engineering company based in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled 5 Axis Programmer looking for a long-term position with flexibility, modern machining technology, and the option to work remotely from home for programming duties.

The Role:

• Programming complex 5 Axis CNC machining centres using Hypermill
• Creating and optimising CNC programs for high-precision components
• Working from engineering drawings and CAD models
• Supporting production and improving machining processes
• Collaborating with shop floor teams and engineering departments
• Offline programming with flexibility for remote/home working

Requirements:

• Proven experience programming CNC machines using Hypermill
• Strong knowledge of 5 Axis machining
• Experience within precision engineering environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• CAD/CAM experience
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

Package:

• Salary up to -55,000 depending on experience
