      <description>Location: Maidstone | Salary: 15.00-15.00 Hourly | Type: Permanent | CNC ProgrammerWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The successful candidate will create, optimize, and validate CNC programs to support production of precision components, using industry-leading CAM/CAD tools.Key responsibilities- Produce and optimize CNC programs for milling operations to meet print specifications and production targets- Use PowerMILL to generate and simulate toolpaths, ensuring efficient, collision-free programs- Use Autodesk software (e.g., Inventor, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD) to work from CAD models and prepare files for CAM- Translate engineering drawings and GDandT into accurate machining strategies- Select tooling, cutting parameters, feeds and speeds; revise programs based on material and process feedback- Simulate, test and troubleshoot programs on machines; support setup and first-off inspections- Collaborate with production, quality and engineering to improve processes and reduce cycle times- Maintain program documentation and revision controlEssential skills and experience- Minimum 2 years'' hands-on CNC programming experience- Proven experience using PowerMILL for CAM programming and simulation- Experience w...</description>
