CNC Programmer Location: Stourbridge area Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience, programming capability and overall skill level. Working hours: Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm, Friday: 8:00am 2:00pm 30 minute Unpaid lunch break, 15 Minute Paid Morning Break, 2 x 5 Minute Paid Comfort Breaks 38 Hours per Week with Overtime Available Products include: Door handles and lever sets, Door pulls and entrance hardware, Cabinet handles and knobs, Window furniture, Bathroom accessories, Bespoke architectural hardware and Custom brass components for luxury interior projects. Clients include: High-end residential developments, Luxury private homes, Boutique and international hotels, Premium retail environments, Commercial interior fit-outs, Architectural and interior design projects worldwide The successful candidate will be responsible for offline programming, setting and operating CNC machining centres used in the manufacture of precision brass components and architectural hardware. Working closely with the Production Manager and Engineering team, you will help optimise machining processes, improve productivity and ensure consistently high standards of quality across both bespoke and production work.
