• Programming, setting and operating Matsuura 5 axis machines
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Optimising tooling paths, machining processes and cycle times
• Interpreting complex engineering drawings
• Working with other machinists to ensure smooth production flow

As a CNC 5 Axis Programmer Setter Operator, your experience will include:

• Previous experience programming, setting and operating Matsuura or similar high-end 5 axis CNC machines
• Proficiency using Mastercam (preferred)
• Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling optimisation
• Ability to work to tight tolerances within a precision engineering environment
• Confidence producing and modifying complex CNC programs
