Key Responsibilities

" Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and machine controls (Fanuc, Heidenheim, Mazak, or similar).
" Set up, operate, and prove out CNC machines to achieve the highest levels of precision and efficiency.
" Work directly from engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.
" Carry out first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
" Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements.
" Ensure all work meets health, safety, and quality compliance standards.

About You

" Minimum 3 years'' experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
" Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting strategies.
" Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Edgecam, or similar).
" Capable of working independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
" Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work right the first time.
" Flexible and adaptable with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
