CNC Programmer

A highly respected and fast-growing manufacturing customer of ours in Oxfordshire are looking for an experienced Tool Path Programmer with a strong background in Fusion 365 to join their engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about modern CNC programming techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create efficient and accurate tool paths using Autodesk Fusion 365
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimise machining strategies
• Interpret and work from complex engineering drawings and 3D models
• Assist in process planning and fixture design for new jobs
• Continuously refine and improve existing tool paths to boost productivity
• Troubleshoot programming issues to ensure first-time-right production

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tool Path Programmer using Fusion 365
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
