Position Overview: Set, operate, and program Citizen Sliding Head CNC machines (4 and 5 axis) to produce precision aerospace components to drawing and tolerance requirements. Carry out full machine setups including tooling, offsets, bar feeds, and first-off inspections to ensure smooth production. Edit and improve CNC programs to reduce cycle times and maintain quality and accuracy. Inspect parts using measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges to meet ISO 9001 and aerospace standards. Complete production records, inspection reports, and traceability paperwork in line with AS9100 and customer requirements. Support continuous improvement, reduce scrap, and maintain high standards of machine care, safety, and housekeeping.
