CNC Programmer

We are recruiting an experienced CNC programmer to join a long-established precision manufacturing business based in Redditch, specialising in high-volume, close-tolerance components for a range of industrial sectors. This CNC programmer role is days based and offers flexible working hours, providing an excellent work-life balance within a stable and technically focused manufacturing environment. The role will play a key part in supporting production, improving efficiency, and maintaining high quality standards across manufacturing operations. As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for - Producing and optimising CNC programs, supporting shop-floor machining activityWorking closely with engineering and production teams to ensure components are manufactured accurately and efficiently.Contributing to process improvements, cycle time reductions, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.Loading programmes and making edits when required. The successful CNC programmer will be confident working in a precision engineering environment, collaborating across departments, and supporting both new and existing manufacturing processes.
