This role suits someone with strong CNC programming skills, hands-on machine experience, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Program and operate CNC machinery (Biesse, Homag, and/or Holzher). Create programs from technical drawings, CAD and DXF files. Set up machines, tooling, and jigs. Optimise machining processes to maximise efficiency and minimise waste. Carry out quality checks and resolve programming or machining issues. Work closely with production and bench joinery teams. Maintain machinery and a safe, organised working environment. Requirements Minimum 5 years'' CNC programming and operating experience within joinery or furniture manufacturing. Experience with Biesse, Homag, or Holzher machinery. Proficient in CAD/CAM software and interpreting technical drawings. Strong understanding of tooling, materials, feeds, and speeds.
