The Role The CNC Programmer will take ownership of programming, setting up, and operating 3-axis and 5-axis milling centres to produce high-precision components across a diverse range of materials. You will work in a collaborative environment, liaising closely with RandD and manufacturing colleagues to support all machining-related activity, provide feedback on component manufacturability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also use simulation software to digitally validate toolpaths ahead of first-off machining, and ensure appropriate work holding, metrology, and safe working practices are followed throughout.
