CNC Production Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, Team Leader or Manufacturing Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. The successful Production Manager will play a key role in leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and developing production processes to support future growth. The Role As Production Manager, you will oversee manufacturing operations across the workshop and drawing office, ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer lead times are achieved. Key responsibilities include: Managing daily production activities within a CNC machining environment Leading and developing a manufacturing team Capacity planning for both bespoke and batch production work Establishing and improving manufacturing processes Implementing and monitoring production KPIs Managing production schedules and customer lead times Driving continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining quality standards and inspection procedures Supporting the development of designs through CAD systems Ensuring Health and Safety compliance across the site ..... full job details .....
