CNC Programmer Process Engineer Location: Birmingham, B71 Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 Shift Pattern: Days, Monday to Friday Our client is a well-established, privately owned engineering business and a key 1st and 2nd tier supplier to the automotive industry. With a strong heritage and multiple sites across the Midlands, they have built an enviable reputation for the batch manufacture of precision components, supplying several of the most recognisable OEMs across the automotive sector and beyond. The business is currently enjoying a sustained period of both organic and acquisitive growth, underpinned by significant investment in new machinery, systems and site infrastructure. As part of this expansion, they are now looking for a talented and motivated CNC Process Engineer to take ownership of efficiency and productivity within their CNC and traditional machine shop, which specialises in the machining of aluminium castings. This facility plays a central role in delivering components to demanding quality, cost and delivery standards, and the appointment of the right person will be pivotal to its continued success.
