The Role We are recruiting for a CNC Production Engineer to support engineering, programming and production. You will develop efficient manufacturing processes and optimise CNC machining for high-precision components. Program 3 to 5 axis CNC machines using CAD CAM (NCG, Hypermill, EdgeCAM) Create and optimise toolpaths Improve machining processes using Design for Manufacture principles Set standard parameters including tooling, feeds and speeds Maintain CAM tool databases Support production teams and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor Produce work instructions and routing documentation Carry out process capability studies and improvements Support new product introduction from concept to production Liaise with design teams to ensure manufacturability Monitor tooling costs and support cost improvements Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives About You Experience i...
