Position: CNC Press Brake Operator Location: DeesideHours: Monday - Friday mornings and afternoonsSalary: NEG DOE + 15% shift allowance We are currently recruiting for skilled CNC press brake operators to join a growing manufacturing team at an expanding site in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern machinery, including CNC Press Brakes, within a supportive team environment offering long-term stability and development.The RoleAs a CNC press brake operator, you will play a key role in the production process, operating advanced machinery and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC Press Brake machinesSupport spot welding and clinch nut insertion processesMonitor and run laser-cutting and robotic-bending cellsRead and interpret engineering drawings accuratelyMaintain quality standards and attention to detailWork collaboratively to improve productivity and efficiencyFollow all health and safety proceduresRequirementsMinimum 2 years'' experience as a CNC Press Brake OperatorExperience within a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and work from engineering drawingsExperience with measuring equipmentLean manufacturing knowledge (advantageous)Experience with laser machines, spot welding, or robotic cells (desirable)This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business where you will be part of a small, skilled team and contribute to the evolution of the production facility.Contact Nicola at HRGO ..... full job details .....
