CNC Press Brake Operator

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Press Brake Operator on a permanent basis, to join their fabrication team at their Cinderford site.

The role involves bending and forming metal components using CNC press brake machinery, working from engineering drawings, and ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy. You will play an important part in our in-house manufacturing process, helping us deliver high-quality fabricated products.

The Role

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Set up, programme, and operate CNC press brake machines
• Accurately bend and form metal components to required specifications
• Check finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Work to daily and weekly production targets
• Safely handle materials and components, including the use of gantry and jib cranes
• Maintain machines, tools, and a clean working area
