Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a CNC Press Brake & Punch Operator on behalf of a growing and respected manufacturing company near Cullompton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled sheet metal operative to join a supportive, friendly, and fast-paced production team.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 40-hour week.

• Overtime available at enhanced rates:

• Weekday OT at flat rate.
• Saturday OT at time and a half.
• Sunday OT at double time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Press Brake and punching machines to produce sheet metal components.
• Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings.
• Work with rollers, guillotines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Measure and cut sheet metal accurately to specification.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Work independently to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with CNC Press Brake and/or punching machines.
• Strong sheet metal fabrication background.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
