Based at the company''s modern and well-equipped facility in Witney, the successful candidate will work within a small team and be responsible for the manufacture of a variety of components. Key Responsibilities: Operating a range of CNC machining equipment Operating the equipment effectively, ensuring that the machine tools are working to the required standards. Ensure machines are correctly loaded and that the appropriate CNC program is being executed. Monitor tool life and adjust/change tools as necessary to the required specification to maintain component quality and tool longevity. Remove swarf, deburr for safe handling and de-water parts after machining. Engrave parts as required by Production Order.
